INSTALLATION
The head is mounted on the front of the vehicle, as it
needs to have a clear line of sight to the possible incoming
laser light. The case is made of high grade aluminum, and is
filled with epoxy resin, to keep it water resistant. The plexiglass
cover on the head is quite thick, and should withstand most
smaller rock or other debris.
To achieve the biggest efficiency in detecting and
jamming the laser beams, the unit should be mounted as
close to the license plate as possible. It can be
fitted with a special adhesive tape on the bumper or
fixed with the included metal bracket on the grille,
etc.
The head should always be mounted horizontally, and kept
clean. |

The inner processing unit should be installed in
a dry location, inside the car, as it is not water
proof. It can be hidden, only the cable assembly with
the on/off switch, button, LED and buzzer needs to be in
a visible and audible position.
It should be connected to the vehicles 12V supply. There
is no fuse necessary, as it has an internal "auto-reset"
electronic fuse.
